Nestly Privacy Policy

Nestly helps two people share check-ins, requests, gratitude, and reflections in a private paired space. This Privacy Policy explains what information Nestly processes, why it is used, when it is visible to your partner, and the choices available to you.

The data controller and app provider is Georgii Dolganov ("Nestly", "we", "us"). Privacy questions and requests may be sent to dolganov.g@gmail.com.

1. Information we process

We process only the information needed to provide and protect Nestly:

  • Account and profile information: the account identifier created through Sign in with Apple, your display name when Apple provides it or you enter it, your selected gender, an internal user identifier, and pair membership. Apple may provide your email address or a private relay address to the authentication service according to your Sign in with Apple choices.
  • Paired-space content: invitation identifiers, mood, energy level, selected need, requests, request status and replies, gratitude messages, check-in timestamps, Nest progress, and reflection summaries. Free-text content may contain sensitive information that you choose to enter.
  • Purchase information: product identifier, transaction and original transaction identifiers, entitlement or subscription status, relevant purchase, expiry, renewal, grace-period, and revocation dates, and the Nestly account and pair to which an entitlement applies. Apple processes payment-card and billing details; Nestly does not receive them.
  • Notification and device information: push-notification token, preferred app language, platform, and device/app integrity signals used by Apple App Attest and Firebase App Check. Firebase and its infrastructure may temporarily process technical data such as IP address and user-agent information to authenticate users, run server functions, prevent abuse, and deliver the service.
  • Local app and widget data: Nestly may cache data on your device for continuity and offline actions. The shared app container may hold current Nest progress, a recent gratitude, a current request, language, and update time so Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets can work.
  • Support information: information you include if you contact us about the app or a privacy request.

Nestly does not use advertising SDKs, does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and does not sell personal information. The current app does not request precise location, contacts, photos, health records, microphone, or camera access, and does not include Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • sign you in, maintain your profile, create a pair, and keep the pair synchronized;
  • deliver check-ins, requests, replies, gratitude, reflections, Nest progress, widgets, and notifications;
  • enforce free-plan limits and provide purchases or subscriptions to the current pair;
  • prevent duplicate actions, abuse, unauthorized access, and purchase fraud;
  • provide export, account deletion, pair-leaving, and support functions;
  • comply with legal obligations and protect users, Nestly, and the public.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract with you, your consent for optional notifications, our legitimate interests in security and service reliability, and legal obligations. You can withdraw notification permission in iOS Settings at any time.

3. What your partner can see

Nestly is designed for a two-person pair. Content you submit to the shared space—including check-ins, requests, replies, gratitude, timestamps, statuses, and shared progress—may be visible to your paired partner. Do not enter information you do not want that person to see.

Leaving a pair or deleting your account prevents future account access, but it cannot remove information already seen, copied, screenshotted, delivered in a notification, or otherwise saved by your partner. Shared historical records may be retained or de-identified where needed to preserve the other partner’s history and the integrity of shared features.

4. Notifications and widgets

Notifications use generic content where possible, but a device owner may still infer that Nestly activity occurred. Widgets may display a request or gratitude on the Home Screen or Lock Screen. Anyone who can see the device may see this content, subject to iOS privacy settings. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings and remove widgets from the Home Screen or Lock Screen.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as needed to operate Nestly:

  • Apple: Sign in with Apple, App Store and StoreKit purchases, Apple Push Notification service, App Attest, and App Store server notifications. Apple processes information under its own privacy policy.
  • Google Firebase / Google Cloud: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Firebase App Check. Google generally acts as a processor or service provider for customer data, while some service data is handled under Google’s terms and privacy policy. Depending on the service, data may be processed in the United States or other Google infrastructure locations.
  • Legal and safety disclosures: we may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, prevent fraud, or respond to a valid legal process.

We do not share personal information with advertising networks or data brokers.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain account and shared-space information while your account and pair are active and as needed to provide the service. Retention also depends on whether data belongs to the shared pair, whether it is needed for security, purchase verification, dispute prevention, legal compliance, or reliable backups.

You can delete an eligible completed or closed request; Nestly removes its text from the active service record while retaining a minimal status/event record needed for shared history and integrity. When you use Settings → Delete Account, Nestly deletes your profile, device tokens, pair membership, and Firebase Authentication account. Shared pair records may be deleted, de-identified, or retained for the other partner as described above. Minimal transaction, entitlement, deletion-request, security, and audit records may be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, and service-integrity purposes.

Stopping Sign in with Apple for Nestly in Apple settings does not by itself delete your Nestly account; use the in-app Delete Account function as well.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. In Nestly you can:

  • edit your display name and gender;
  • export recent check-ins, requests, and gratitude as JSON;
  • leave your pair;
  • delete eligible closed requests;
  • manage notifications and widgets through iOS;
  • delete your account from Settings.

For a privacy request, contact dolganov.g@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the request belongs to the account concerned. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. Security

Nestly uses encrypted network transport, Firebase access controls, server-side pair-membership checks, short-lived hashed invitation codes, App Check/App Attest, and limited widget data. No system is completely secure, so please protect your Apple account and device passcode and avoid placing urgent, medical, financial, or highly confidential information in free-text fields.

9. International processing

Apple and Google operate internationally. Your information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, service providers use contractual and other safeguards for international transfers.

10. Children

Nestly is intended for people in a relationship and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

11. Scope and changes

Nestly is not a medical, mental-health, therapy, or emergency service. This policy applies to the Nestly app and its widgets. We may update it when features, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated policy will show a new “Last updated” date, and we will provide additional notice when required.

1. Какие данные мы обрабатываем

  • Покупки: идентификатор продукта и транзакций, статус подписки или права Premium, даты покупки, окончания, продления, льготного периода и отзыва, а также аккаунт и пара, к которым относится покупка. Платёжные реквизиты обрабатывает Apple; Nestly их не получает.
  • Уведомления и устройство: push-токен, выбранный язык, платформа и сигналы целостности приложения от Apple App Attest и Firebase App Check. Для авторизации, серверных функций, защиты от злоупотреблений и доставки сервиса Firebase может временно обрабатывать технические данные, включая IP-адрес и user agent.
  • Локальные данные и виджеты: приложение может хранить кэш и очередь действий на устройстве. В общей группе приложения могут сохраняться текущий прогресс «Гнезда», последняя благодарность, активная просьба, язык и время обновления для работы виджетов.
  • Обращения в поддержку: сведения, которые вы сообщаете при обращении по поводу приложения или своих прав.

Nestly не использует рекламные SDK, не отслеживает вас в приложениях и на сайтах других компаний и не продаёт персональные данные. Текущая версия не запрашивает точную геолокацию, контакты, фотографии, медицинские данные, микрофон или камеру и не включает Firebase Analytics или Crashlytics.

2. Зачем нужны данные

Мы используем данные, чтобы авторизовать пользователя, синхронизировать пару, показывать функции приложения и виджеты, отправлять уведомления, учитывать лимиты бесплатной версии, подтверждать Premium, обеспечивать безопасность, выполнять экспорт и удаление данных, отвечать в поддержке и соблюдать закон.

Когда закон требует указать правовое основание, мы опираемся на исполнение договора с вами, ваше согласие на необязательные уведомления, законный интерес в безопасности и надёжности сервиса и юридические обязанности. Разрешение на уведомления можно отозвать в настройках iOS.

3. Что видит партнёр

Содержимое, отправленное в общее пространство пары,— отметки, просьбы, ответы, благодарности, время, статусы и общий прогресс — может быть видно вашему партнёру. Не вводите сведения, которые не хотите ему показывать.

Выход из пары или удаление аккаунта прекращает будущий доступ, но не может удалить уже просмотренную, скопированную, сохранённую снимком экрана или доставленную в уведомлении информацию. Общая история может сохраняться или обезличиваться, если это нужно для истории второго участника и целостности общих функций.

4. Уведомления и виджеты

По возможности уведомления содержат нейтральный текст, однако по ним можно понять, что в Nestly произошла активность. Виджет может показывать просьбу или благодарность на домашнем или заблокированном экране. Этот текст может увидеть любой человек, видящий устройство, с учётом настроек приватности iOS. Уведомления можно отключить в iOS, а виджет — удалить с экрана.

5. Сервисы и передача данных

  • Apple: Sign in with Apple, App Store и StoreKit, push-уведомления APNs, App Attest и серверные уведомления App Store. Apple обрабатывает данные по собственной политике.
  • Google Firebase / Google Cloud: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Firebase Cloud Messaging и Firebase App Check. Google обычно выступает обработчиком данных, а технические данные сервиса обрабатывает по собственным условиям. В зависимости от сервиса обработка может происходить в США и других регионах инфраструктуры Google.
  • Закон и безопасность: данные могут быть раскрыты, если этого требует закон или это обоснованно необходимо для защиты прав и безопасности, предотвращения мошенничества или ответа на законный запрос.

Мы не передаём персональные данные рекламным сетям и брокерам данных.

6. Хранение и удаление

Данные аккаунта и пары хранятся, пока аккаунт и пара активны, и пока они нужны для работы сервиса. Срок также зависит от того, относятся ли данные к общей истории, нужны ли они для безопасности, проверки покупки, предотвращения споров, соблюдения закона или надёжных резервных копий.

После удаления завершённой или закрытой просьбы Nestly удаляет её текст из активной записи, сохраняя минимальные сведения о статусе и событии для целостности общей истории. При выборе Настройки → Удалить аккаунт удаляются профиль, токены устройства, членство в паре и аккаунт Firebase Authentication. Общие записи пары могут быть удалены, обезличены или сохранены для второго участника. Минимальные сведения о транзакциях, правах Premium, запросе удаления, безопасности и аудите могут храниться для соблюдения закона, защиты от мошенничества и целостности сервиса.

Отключение Nestly в настройках Sign in with Apple само по себе не удаляет аккаунт Nestly — также используйте удаление аккаунта внутри приложения.

7. Ваши настройки и права

В зависимости от страны вы можете иметь право на доступ, исправление, экспорт, удаление, ограничение обработки, возражение и отзыв согласия. В Nestly можно изменить имя и пол, экспортировать последние отметки, просьбы и благодарности в JSON, выйти из пары, удалить доступные закрытые просьбы, управлять уведомлениями и виджетами в iOS и удалить аккаунт.

Для запроса по персональным данным напишите на dolganov.g@gmail.com. Мы можем попросить подтвердить принадлежность аккаунта. Вы также можете обратиться в местный орган по защите данных.

8. Безопасность

Nestly использует шифрование при передаче, правила доступа Firebase, серверную проверку членства в паре, короткоживущие хешированные коды приглашений, App Check/App Attest и ограниченный набор данных виджета. Абсолютно безопасных систем не существует, поэтому защищайте Apple Account и код-пароль устройства и не вводите в свободный текст экстренные, медицинские, финансовые или особо конфиденциальные сведения.

9. Международная обработка

Apple и Google работают в разных странах. Данные могут обрабатываться за пределами вашей страны, в том числе в США. Когда этого требует закон, поставщики применяют договорные и иные меры защиты международной передачи.

10. Дети

Nestly предназначен для людей, состоящих в отношениях, и не адресован детям младше 13 лет. Мы сознательно не собираем их данные. Если вы считаете, что ребёнок передал данные, свяжитесь с нами.

11. Область действия и изменения

Nestly не является медицинским, психологическим, терапевтическим или экстренным сервисом. Политика распространяется на приложение и его виджеты. При изменении функций, поставщиков или закона политика может обновляться; дата обновления будет указана в начале документа.

Nestly ayuda a dos personas a compartir registros, peticiones, gratitud y reflexiones en un espacio privado de pareja. Esta Política explica qué información procesa Nestly, para qué se usa, qué puede ver tu pareja y cómo puedes gestionar tus datos.

1. Información que tratamos

  • Cuenta y perfil: identificador de Iniciar sesión con Apple, nombre visible, género seleccionado, identificador interno y pertenencia a la pareja. Según tus opciones de Apple, el servicio de autenticación puede recibir tu email o una dirección privada de retransmisión.
  • Contenido compartido: invitaciones, estado de ánimo, nivel de energía, necesidad elegida, peticiones, estados y respuestas, agradecimientos, fechas, progreso del Nido y resúmenes de Reflexión. El texto libre puede contener información sensible que tú decidas escribir.
  • Compras: identificadores de producto y transacción, estado de suscripción o acceso, fechas de compra, vencimiento, renovación, gracia y revocación, y la cuenta y pareja asociadas. Apple procesa los datos de pago; Nestly no los recibe.
  • Notificaciones y dispositivo: token push, idioma, plataforma y señales de integridad de App Attest y Firebase App Check. Firebase puede tratar temporalmente datos técnicos, como IP y agente de usuario, para autenticar, ejecutar funciones, prevenir abusos y prestar el servicio.
  • Datos locales y widgets: la app puede guardar caché y acciones pendientes. El contenedor compartido puede guardar progreso, un agradecimiento reciente, una petición activa, idioma y hora de actualización para los widgets.
  • Soporte: información incluida al contactar con nosotros.

Nestly no usa SDK publicitarios, no rastrea entre apps o sitios de otras empresas y no vende datos personales. La versión actual no solicita ubicación precisa, contactos, fotos, datos de salud, micrófono ni cámara, y no incluye Firebase Analytics ni Crashlytics.

2. Finalidades

Usamos la información para iniciar sesión, mantener el perfil y la pareja, sincronizar y mostrar funciones, enviar notificaciones, aplicar límites del plan gratuito, habilitar Premium, proteger el servicio, ofrecer exportación y eliminación, atender soporte y cumplir obligaciones legales.

Cuando la ley exige una base jurídica, nos apoyamos en la ejecución del contrato, tu consentimiento para notificaciones opcionales, el interés legítimo en seguridad y fiabilidad, y obligaciones legales. Puedes retirar el permiso de notificaciones en Ajustes de iOS.

3. Lo que puede ver tu pareja

Los registros, peticiones, respuestas, agradecimientos, fechas, estados y progreso que envíes al espacio compartido pueden ser visibles para tu pareja. No escribas información que no quieras que vea.

Salir de la pareja o eliminar la cuenta impide el acceso futuro, pero no borra información ya vista, copiada, capturada, recibida en una notificación o guardada por tu pareja. El historial compartido puede conservarse o desidentificarse para mantener el historial de la otra persona y la integridad de las funciones.

4. Notificaciones y widgets

Las notificaciones usan texto genérico cuando es posible, aunque pueden revelar que hubo actividad. Los widgets pueden mostrar una petición o un agradecimiento en la pantalla de inicio o bloqueada. Cualquier persona que vea el dispositivo podría leerlo, según los ajustes de privacidad de iOS. Puedes desactivar notificaciones y eliminar widgets.

5. Proveedores y divulgación

  • Apple: Iniciar sesión con Apple, App Store y StoreKit, APNs, App Attest y notificaciones del servidor de App Store.
  • Google Firebase / Google Cloud: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Firebase Cloud Messaging y Firebase App Check. Google suele actuar como encargado del tratamiento; ciertos datos técnicos del servicio se rigen por sus condiciones. El tratamiento puede realizarse en Estados Unidos u otras ubicaciones de la infraestructura de Google.
  • Ley y seguridad: podemos divulgar información cuando la ley lo exija o sea razonablemente necesario para proteger derechos y seguridad, prevenir fraude o responder a un proceso legal válido.

No compartimos datos personales con redes publicitarias ni corredores de datos.

6. Conservación y eliminación

Conservamos la información mientras la cuenta y la pareja estén activas y cuando sea necesaria para prestar el servicio. El plazo depende también del historial compartido, seguridad, verificación de compras, prevención de disputas, obligaciones legales y copias de seguridad.

Al eliminar una petición cerrada, Nestly borra el texto del registro activo y conserva el mínimo estado o evento necesario para la integridad del historial. Con Ajustes → Eliminar cuenta, Nestly elimina el perfil, tokens, pertenencia a la pareja y cuenta de Firebase Authentication. Los registros compartidos pueden eliminarse, desidentificarse o conservarse para la otra persona. Pueden conservarse registros mínimos de transacciones, acceso, eliminación, seguridad y auditoría por motivos legales, antifraude y de integridad.

Dejar de usar Iniciar sesión con Apple para Nestly no elimina por sí solo tu cuenta; usa también Eliminar cuenta dentro de la app.

7. Opciones y derechos

Según tu ubicación, puedes tener derechos de acceso, rectificación, exportación, eliminación, limitación, oposición y retirada del consentimiento. En Nestly puedes editar nombre y género, exportar registros recientes en JSON, salir de la pareja, eliminar peticiones cerradas elegibles, gestionar notificaciones y widgets, y eliminar tu cuenta.

Para ejercer derechos, escribe a dolganov.g@gmail.com. Podemos verificar que la solicitud corresponde a la cuenta. También puedes reclamar ante tu autoridad local de protección de datos.

8. Seguridad

Nestly usa transporte cifrado, controles de Firebase, comprobación de pertenencia en el servidor, invitaciones breves con código cifrado mediante hash, App Check/App Attest y datos limitados para widgets. Ningún sistema es totalmente seguro; protege tu cuenta de Apple y el código del dispositivo y evita escribir información urgente, médica, financiera o altamente confidencial.

9. Tratamiento internacional

Apple y Google operan internacionalmente. Los datos pueden tratarse fuera de tu país, incluido Estados Unidos. Cuando corresponde, los proveedores aplican salvaguardas contractuales y de otro tipo.

10. Menores

Nestly está destinado a personas en una relación y no se dirige a menores de 13 años. No recopilamos conscientemente sus datos. Si crees que un menor proporcionó información, contáctanos.

11. Alcance y cambios

Nestly no es un servicio médico, psicológico, terapéutico ni de emergencias. Esta Política se aplica a la app y sus widgets. Puede actualizarse si cambian las funciones, proveedores o requisitos legales; mostraremos una nueva fecha de actualización.
