How does AI Limit Bar read my Codex quota?+
You choose the Codex data folder with the macOS folder picker. The app reads bounded portions of local session JSONL files to find quota events.
Does AI Limit Bar send my data to Dolganov Studio?+
No. This release processes quota information locally and does not use a developer-operated backend, analytics, advertising, or account login.
Does the app read conversation content or authentication files?+
The selected JSONL files may contain conversation content, but the app does not display or store that content in its usage history. It does not read authentication files.
Can I disable quota notifications?+
Yes. Notifications require your permission and can be disabled at any time in macOS Settings.
