A capture is incomplete
Let the page finish loading, reveal content that loads on scroll, and try again. Fixed elements, animations, or a site-specific layout can affect a full-page capture.
Save images and exports
Select the images you need, choose the output format, and save to Files, a selected folder, or Photos when available. Image downloads depend on the source website.
Restore Pro
Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account used for the purchase. If access still does not appear, contact support with the device and app version, without sending sensitive webpage content.
