Velqunio: Price Tracker Privacy Policy

Velqunio: Price Tracker (“Velqunio,” “the app”) helps you save products and follow their prices. This policy describes the current iPhone, iPad, and Mac app, including its Safari extension.

Information processed

When you save a product, Velqunio may read from the open page and store on your device its product URL, store, title, image or image URL, price, currency, shipping, discount, tax, import fees, and available details about the selected variant, seller, condition, and availability. You may add a target price, collection, tags, desired purchase date, and notification rules. The app stores price-check history and your interface-language setting. Some details may be unavailable when the store does not provide them.

The Safari extension uses website access that you grant through Safari. Its code may load on permitted pages; product extraction starts when you use the extension. Velqunio does not build or send your Safari browsing history to the developer.

Where data is stored

Saved products, price history, and settings are stored locally on your device in a container shared by the app and Safari extension (App Group). The current version does not create an account, sync your list through a Velqunio server, or send your saved list, product titles, or prices to the developer. The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs and does not use this information to track you across other apps or websites.

Network requests and third-party sites

When you open a product page, use the extension, manually check a price, or the operating system runs a local background check, your device may contact the store directly. The app may also fetch product images from their image URLs. The store or image host may receive ordinary request information, including your IP address and the requested URL, under its own privacy policy. Velqunio does not control those sites. Background checks are not guaranteed; the operating system decides when they run.

Notifications

With your permission, Velqunio may show local notifications about price or availability changes based on information it receives and your settings. You can turn off notifications in device settings and change notification rules on a product card.

Contacting support

“Report incorrect price” opens your email app with a prepared message that includes the product URL. The message is sent only if you confirm sending it. If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to reply and resolve the issue.

Retention and deletion

Data remains on your device until you delete the product or app. You can delete individual products in the app. To remove all locally stored items and settings, delete the app from each device where they are stored; device backups are governed by your Apple settings. Because Velqunio has no account or server-side list, the developer cannot remotely erase data on your device. You may ask us to delete support correspondence by emailing the address below.

Changes and contact
