Allow website access
Enable LinkDoctor in your browser extension settings and allow access to the website you want to inspect. Protected browser pages, settings pages, and some local files cannot be scanned.

Start a link scan
Open the webpage you want to inspect, select LinkDoctor in the browser toolbar, and choose Scan. Keep the page open while the link check is running.
Understand unexpected results
Some servers reject automated status requests, require authentication, or respond differently by region. A link can therefore appear unavailable even when it opens manually.
Export a report
After the scan finishes, choose CSV or TXT at the bottom of the LinkDoctor window. Depending on your device, the report will be saved or copied for use in another app.
